Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY:

These terms and conditions apply to make-up services provided by Renae MUA.

Upon securing a booking, via payment for a make-up application with Renae MUA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Bridal Bookings and Trials -

All wedding make-up bookings require a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your reservation. A bridal trial is considered the same as a standard appointment and is not factored into your bridal quote. Bridal trials can be booked online via https://bookings.gettimely.com/renaemua1/bb/book but are not necessary if you feel you do not need or want one. No reduction in the number of services are allowed once the booking is secured. Any additional services will be accommodated if possible.

- Payment Details -

Once a deposit has been paid manually to account details, please notify of payment straight away via email as to not lose track of transactions. Your bridal booking is then secured. The balance owing is to be finalised no later than 30 days prior to service date. Failure to finalise payment within these terms may result in a loss of deposit and service cancellation.

The specified due date of your balance will be listed on your invoice and you will receive reminders from Xero. Payment types include direct deposit into nominated account details or following the Xero payment link attached to your reminders. Cheques will not be accepted. Please again, advise of any payments or part payments where possible.

- Cancellations -

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event that you require a new appointment, a new deposit will be required to secure your date.

If the ARTIST needs to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen emergencies, natural disaster or road blockages, notice will be provided as soon as possible and the client will have their full amounts paid, refunded to their nominated details, within 10 days of cancellation.

Every effort will be made to attend your appointment safely but in the event that is not possible, I will always try and source an alternative artist for you.

- Refusal of Service -

Renae MUA reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time should a client show dangerous or anti-social behaviour. Service may also be refused should a client display signs of illness, lice, contagious infections both internal and external, or any other factors that put Renae or her team at physical, mental or health risk.

- Travel and Travel Changes -

A travel fee is applicable when travelling further than about 15 minutes one way, from studio and an accurate quote can be provided upon your request.

Should your service address change and result in a difference to the travel fee originally charge, you will be liable for the difference and a separate invoice will be issued for rectification.

- Parking -

In circumstances where parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when make-up services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking. If parking fees apply to your selected service location and prior notice has not been given before the service date, the client will be liable for any parking costs incurred to the artist while providing their services and an invoice will be emailed to the client's nominated email address.

- Allergies and Sensitivities -

Any allergies, sensitivities or special needs must be disclosed prior to the service date. While every effort will be made to accommodate allergies, sensitivities or special needs, in no event shall Renae MUA (Renae Crompton) have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, rashes, sensitive skin and eyes etc.

- Photographs and Content -

Renae MUA reserves the right to use photographs and videos for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
